Great for adults
I have been looking for a good artial arts club for some time. Most of them I have found to be a bit, well boring. Juct kick, punch, or just grappling, or just one weapon. But with Kuk Sool it seems to me so far that you get almost everything. Loads of different self defence techniques, forms, weapond and I am getting ,uch fitter than I was. I would recommend it to anyone.

Awesome, school, awesome art, kuk sool has something for everyone, the atmosphere is warm and friendly, and tuition from a dedicated professional martial artist. the school are currently the uk champions.

I am a Member of this club!
I am a member of Kuk Sool Won Lancaster. My Husband, my two children (aged 9 and 6) and my neice aged 13 all practice kuk sool. Its everything you need in a hobbie, fitness, fun and at the same time self defence! I would reccommend it to anyone. So come on see for yourself and give it ago at the moment I think you get 2 free lessons! see you soon. Angela

Brilliant Club!
Fitness fun and self defence it says on the blurb...and that is right! THis club is great fro all ages afrom 5 to over 60. I reccommend it! Bot I and my kids attend regularly now. ANd best of all our club won the UK Championships last year, so we are number 1!!!
