Aqauventure has been built on a passion to inspire, engage and motivate employees to improve leadership skills through the fun outdoor activity of kayaking. An Aquaventure Day The day is based on a team-building day out for small to medium businesses, integrated with activities that stimulate individuals' outlook on how they manage and lead teams. While remaining an enjoyable day out with personal challenges and exiting exercises, each day is tailored to meet business objectives. Hospitality is a very important part of Aquaventure. An 'Aquaventure Day' currently includes transport (if required), changing facilities at the four-star Lakeside Hotel, a day's kayaking activities on the lake, a three-course evening meal at the picturesque Ruskin Bar and complimentary gifts to commemorate the day, including photographs of each individual & the team. All activities are fully insured and safely undertaken by trained professionals.
