I have been ordering products from Gaynor Sports's web-site since June 2010. I have found them to be reliable and very good value. The one time I had an issue with an order it was resolved to my satisfaction through email. I recommend Gaynors to my family and friends.
I placed an order at the start of October 2008, they charged my card and sent a tracking confirmation e-mail, all looked ok, but a week past no parcel so tried to call them on the two numbers on the website they just used to ring no one ever answered. So I sent lots of e-mails still no reply, so contacted Trading Standards, who looked into it for me, they tried to get hold of some one from Gaynor Sports but never got a reply, they informed me that there had been a few complaints made recently with customers being charge twice or not receiving goods. The only option they said was to use section 75 of my credit card policy which covers any orders over £100 either the credit card company gets the money back from Gaynor Sports or they have to pay you, either way you get your money back. SO YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ABOUT THIS COMPANY STEALING PEOPLES MONEY AVOID!!!
