• Business Serve Gold Advance Service

  I trusted business serve plc with submitting my web site to the internet. Their Gold Advanced Service cost me £881 for twelve months. I was assured top 10 places in at least 15 search engines and full unlimited technical support, full consultation to get the maximum potential from my web site. I have been totally conned and, to put it mildly, ripped off. Wrong search words were used, they did not change them when I complained and now I am worse off than when I started out with them. After four months with nothing happenning to my ratings, I foolishly agreed to have them design and produce a new website. This I laid out £960 and it took them eight months to produce a simple site which I eventually designed for them. I could have done this myself in one afternoon. Business Serve plc have on several occasions suspended my web site and later say it was a mistake. They seem to think I owe them money when in fact I do not. I am trying to get most of my money back but my letters to them sent three weeks ago have yet to be answered. They have had my request for over two weeks to transfer my domain name from their server and this has not been done. It only takes minutes. I would strongly suggest anyone avoids this company Business Serve. They are a disgrace. By trusting Business serve with my business, it has cost me thousands of pounds in lost bookings for which I will not get any compensation. I intend to let as many people know about this company and will do my best to expose them. If you have had a similar experience with Business Serve, I would like to hear from you. I know of two or three already.
